November 11th, 2021.
The portal has opened and we are going to begin Grant Cardone’s 90 day, $1M
#MillionDollarChallenge from his show on Discovery,
Undercover Billionaire. We're going to give it a go.
So today I'm going to start it off … We got our our websites going,
we got our funnels, we got some products selling, we got this merch,
we got our MasterClass that's just about to get started
and we're going to send out some emails today,
make some contacts because what I learned from Grant is contacts,
get contracts. And that's what we're all about for
this 90 Day Challenge and beyond,
because what we're trying to do here at PLURTH is unite ravers in a community to save the planet.
And to do that, we got to save ourselves first
so that we can afford to invest in sustainable technologies,
sustainable real estate, and have a lot of fun doing it.
The PLURTH way, see you in 90 days …
So yesterday we gave a pitch on our game plan for this 90 days to our Mastermind Mentor,
Rudy Mawer, and the whole Mastermind team and all the other Mastermind members on the call yesterday.
Everyone thought it was a great idea. Rudy's advice was to focus in on the key activities that
we need to do to produce this million dollars and be able to see Grant
and all you wonderful 10Xer's on stage at 10X Growth Con in March next year.
So obviously, we had to get some new shirts from GC himself.
We got the peace, love, and cash flow. Perfect for us because we're all about P.L.U.R.T.H. which is peace,
love, unity, and respect for the Earth, and honestly after all these years I've worked
on making our company and our business profitable
and to actually be able to invest in sustainability and the things we want to do …
I've realized that cash flow is essential.
And that's why we've been learning from Grant
and we're stoked to take part in this challenge because it's all about peace,
love, cashflow. Because with this cashflow,
you can make these two happen.
And the way we believe you can make that happen is through sustainability,
but we can’t invest in sustainability unless we got the cashflow.
So that's what we're going to be doing in this next
90 days. And honestly,
we thought that the best game plan to make a million dollars in 90 days was actually to help
other ravers in our group in our audience to do the same.
Imagine if we had a hundred people that did this,
we could throw a pretty good rave, pretty good festival for 10X Growth Con.

They say the first sale is the hardest, so congrats!
Yeah, so and he already hit us up and super excited for the course.
So it kind of lets us know that there's actually a market for this, which is awesome.
So we just got like a real quick little presentation
that we put together for y'all
because today, actually tomorrow, we're starting Grant Cardone’s 90-day #MillionDollarChallenge!

So what is this challenge? It's the #MillionDollarChallenge.
I don’t know if y’all have seen it? It's the same concept as on the Discovery TV show,
Undercover Billionaire. You gotta go from zero to a million dollar company valuation,
in 90 days or less, document the process on social media,
and obviously tag Grant, and he'll showcase the winners on stage in front of 55,000 people at the 10X Growth Con.
And we want to help win this
as proof in the Mawer Mastermind team and because you guys believe in us and,
you know, do it for the team and anyone else who wants to compete in this,
you know, the more the merrier. I think if we can just clean house with the Mawer Capital,
like, Mastermind would be awesome to be all up on stage
and so his suggestions is he did a $5.5 million dollar valuation in 90 days with
$1.7 in real estate in Pueblo Colorado,
which is kind of like just a couple hours away from us,
which is cool. He said find a vehicle, and for us …
it's our brand PLURTH and the customer journey that we built with you guys.
The driver is us with our music career.
Can they go to distance. Yeah. We've been doing this for 11 years.
We're not quitting anytime soon and is their fuel in the tank and yeah,
we've been self-funded this whole time through ourselves or family or friends,
early investment. And now we have 36k social media followers.
60k engaged audience.
And just will say, when we first started working with you guys
we only had 3,000 in our engaged audience like just a month and a half or two months ago.
So we've increased that by,
I don't know what is that 20 times?
So and now we reach about
1.42 million people monthly. So I think we're ready finally.
We didn't have the right vehicle though when we first met Rudy, we had a bunch of parts
laying on the garage floor, but luckily your team,
you know already knows how to 10X businesses and we’re grateful
to be in this because we finally have a customer journey and obviously,
Rudy, he's been in front of the Cardone Capitol building.
So it's the right person to work with here.
And our principles …
we had these before, you know, peace, love, unity, respect for the Earth.
We had our motto PLURTH, RAVE to SAVE the Earth. But before we met Rudy we didn't really have it.
We thought that was our USP, but our USP is actually “We connect raving fans with content creators,
electronic artists, and sustainable businesses.
And we're going to keep improving that every day.
And so our growth plan is to exponentially grow our audience,
of ravers with content, connect them with awesome,
local businesses and sustainable businesses in the USA via marketing
and then show them how to do the same thing and multiply sales.
So we teach them how to then go find local businesses
and sustainable businesses in their area
and then work together as an agency.
And then create Equity through partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions,
like we learned from you the other week. Rudy, I watched your replay of the webinar.
That was awesome. Good.
And so now we got our million-dollar math, our customer journey.
You can make a million dollars through
$1 times a million people and when we first started we were,
we came to you guys, we were like, “Hey, we want to do tickets.”
This was our math. It was a terrible math
way to make a million dollars. It's still something we can do.
But, you know, we really only make about a dollar ticket.
And so we also had merchandise,
we were making about $10 a product,
you know, maybe upwards of $20 a product on PLURTHLINGS.com.
And now that's even built out even better
and ready for Black Friday and we got our our opt-in experience now (GO.PLURTH.COM/RAVE).
For our music and ready for the BFCM sales and sales throughout the year now,
and we also got, you know, the option of the $100 times 10,000 people.
And that's what we put together with the 7 Day Raver Masterclass (PLURTH.net),
which is now our main front-end offer.
And so this is what we're really trying to seek. This is
what Grant recommended is a $1,000 times 1,000 people.
And so we got a mastermind for content creators,
and he also just suggested that you multiply that by TIME,
so then you need less people. You only need 84 people if you get a 12 month subscription,
so this is our preferred scenario. But we also have our creative marketing agency.
The get the kind of the high-ticket stuff. We have options for Angel Investors.
And we even have some Venture Capital level projects that we’re working on and big shout out ...

And so what we learned from Adam is that, you know,
we need to have an AUDIENCE. Since our Avatar wants the
the Ultimate Festival Freedom Lifestyle.
CASH FLOW - We now have this epic customer journey,
so we can afford to acquire customers and appreciate on the back-end
instead of on the front-end
and we've even hired our first intern
and we plan on leveling up the team members from within the community itself.
And so we now know the rules of the game.
And so our audience in the past month. We're even competing with people,
like Electric Daisy Carnival, and Excision, and Deadmau5
Huge brands in the EDM space. As you can see,
we have 70,000 engagement this past week.
And, you know, that's on level with some of these big brands
even better than our biggest competitor …
iHeartRaves with 56,000 which is awesome.
Thanks to you guys for all the help. So like I said,
now we're reaching. 1.42 million people,
we've had some big, big memes,
go, go big. This is kind of what started it,
you know, started our engagement again. Just posting some memes.
We didn't even make these memes, we just shared them and now we're currently testing,
our yellow background ads according to the 7 Day Ads Masterclass (BetterAdsin7Days.com).
And like I said, we already got a sale
and we're testing visual emails versus text emails
and we have LTV Numbers set up
for the whole process and we will begin live streaming and podcasting in December.

So now our 5-Year PLURTH Strategic Vision Roadmap is to
crowdfund the million dollars in 90 days through the customer journey
and release our albums on vinyl next year.
But stretch goal of patenting the world's first hemp
Plastic-based vinyl record
and 3D printing machines because the vinyl industry is totally wrecked right now,
but it's still super profitable. Do the first music tour on the Tesla
Supercharger network. No one's ever done that.
Do a documentary for it and host our first PLURTH music festival at Red Rocks here in Colorado
and then produce the albums into a TV season
and develop a massive multiplayer online role-playing music festival video game in 2024.
And in 2025 build a billion-dollar entertainment
franchise through our movies and launch them alongside the
video games and expansions
and stuff. And then invest all the profits into sustainable technologies and real estate.
Mainly the PLURTH Vertical Garden Project to help reverse climate change,
generate clean energy and local food for people, and it eliminates the need for fossil fuels
in food production, which is huge and reduces water needs as well.
So we start the 90 Day Challenge tomorrow.

How’s our plan, any feedback, and what are our action steps?
Yeah, I mean it was a great little summary.
I'll keep it short, make sure we have time to get through everyone before my flight,
but I think it’s just you know,
there’s lots of ways to make a million dollars as you showed.
It's about getting really good at one or two of those.
So, you know, lots of positions there and you know,
offers or funnels or strategies, just for the first six months just get really good at one or two
of them before trying to do all of them badly.
Gotcha. So, focus on that Masterclass
because we already got sales, focus on the merch,
and the music coming in and getting that subscription and then start there.
Yes. Yeah. Get laser-focused on one or two. Boom.
And I will say thanks for the guidance
because the person that did buy, so they bought the $27 product.
They bought one of the upsells and then they scheduled the call.
So I have a sales call with them on Monday.
Yeah so if you close them, you got the full,
the full stack on your first sale, that would be great.
